My bodywork sessions are an eclectic blend of styles and techniques that I fluidly weave together.  I am trained and certified in Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage, Integrative Massage, and Craniosacral Therapy.

Three words best describe my bodywork sessions:  unique, precise, and potent. I do not have a routine that I follow, so no two sessions are alike. I customize my bodywork to address the client's needs and achieve the client's  goals for each session.

"Each massage from Sally is different because I am in a different space each time I have a session. Sally truly listens to what I need. She not only listens to my words, she listens to my body."
